Climate Change and the Carbon Tax
A farce that has nothing to do with environmentalism
I’ve always been told if you want to keep a discussion civil, avoid religion and politics. I think the environment can be added to that list. However, we are being sold such a bill of goods the lie needs to be exposed. Since the Clinton administration we have had this concept of “Global Warming” shoved down our throats. With the making of Al Gore’s documentary “An Inconvenient Truth”, the pro-global warming crowd has taken their ideology to heights of religious fanaticism.
Then we have the UN global warming conference and their overwhelming consensus of man-made global warming and the dire consequences we face unless we don’t reduce our “carbon footprint”. I know this whole carbon footprint thing makes many of you feel warm and fuzzy inside, but this agenda has been in the works for decades by the global elite; specifically the Council on Foreign Relations.
I know what you’re thinking, not another conspiracy freak. Allow me to lay the CFR’s intent for America and their take on this so-called environmental crisis. First I will show how we have been fooled into believing global climate change is our fault.
The UN global warming conference in Poznan, Poland had a serious challenge from over 650 scientists from all over the world criticizing the claims by the UN and Al Gore. Of the 650 dissenting scientists, many were current and former UN IPCC scientists. Over 400 scientists spoke out in 2007 with an additional 250 scientists added in 2008. What is fascinating is that a mere 52 so-called scientists authored this propaganda. Here are a few dissenting scientists’ opinions of the UN IPCC 2007 Summary for Policymakers.
“CO2 emissions make absolutely no difference one way or another…Every scientist knows this, but it doesn’t pay to say so…Global warming as a political vehicle, keeps Europeans in the driver’s seat and developing nations walking barefoot.” Dr. Takeda Kunihiko, vice-chancellor of the Institute of Science and Technology Research at Chubu University in Japan. (1)
“Creating an ideology pegged to carbon dioxide is a dangerous nonsense…The present alarm on climate change is an instrument of social control, a pretext for major businesses and political battle. It became an ideology, which is concerning.” Environmental Scientist Professor Delgado Domingo of Portugal, the founder of the Numerical Weather Forecast group. (1)
“Even doubling or tripling the amount of carbon dioxide will virtually have little impact, as water vapor and water condensed on particles as clouds dominate the worldwide scene and always will.” Geoffrey G. Duffy, a professor in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering of the University of Auckland, NZ. (1)
“It is a blatant lie put forth in the media that makes it seem there is only a fringe of scientists who don’t buy into anthropogenic global warming.” U.S. Government Atmospheric Scientist Stanley B. Goldenberg of the Hurricane Research Division of NOAA. (1)
“Warming fears are the worst scientific scandal in the history…When people come to know what the truth is, they will feel deceived by science and scientists.” UN IPCC Japanese Scientist Dr. Kiminori Itoh, an award-winning PHD environmental physical chemist. (1)
If the opinions of these highly respected scientists don’t at least raise an eyebrow, then check out this link: http://www.oism.org/pproject/s33p36.htm. It debunks virtually every argument the pro-global warming crowd has used. It presents hard data to prove there is no man-made global warming or man-made climate change.
What the global carbon tax is designed to do is explained by Paul Joseph Watson in a December 14, 2007 Prison Planet.com article. “…man-made global warming has been designed to justify all along – a global carbon tax which will do nothing to reduce carbon emissions but everything to feed the trough of world government.” (3)
I alluded to in my opening that the CFR and global elite are behind the carbon tax, but who is the Council on Foreign Relations? Edward Mandell House, the chief advisor to President Woodrow Wilson, formed the CFR in 1921. In 1912 House wrote in his book “Philip Dru: Administrator” a plan to bring down America by controlling the Democratic and Republican parties to create a socialistic government.
In 1913 the Federal Reserve Act was passed which took away control of the money supply from the United States Treasury and Congress and gave it to the private for-profit Federal Reserve Bank. This is a direct violation of Article II, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. Also during House’s reign the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was passed instituting the graduating income tax, which was originally proposed by Karl Marx.
In the late 1920’s the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations financially supported the CFR. In 1940 President Roosevelt invited members of the CFR to take control over the State Department and that control is still present today. (2)
Bill Clinton’s mentor and CFR member Carroll Quigley further lays out the intent of the Council on Foreign Relations. “The Council on Foreign Relations is the American branch of a society which originated in England…(and)…believes national boundaries should be obliterated and one world rule established.” (4) Does the European Union ring a bell? Or how about the North American Union?
CFR member and Judge Advocate General of the US Navy Admiral Chester Ward gave his take on the goal of the CFR. “The main purpose of the (CFR) is promoting the disarmament of the US sovereignty and national dependence and submergence into and all powerful, one world government…” “Once the ruling members of the CFR shadow government have decided that the US government should adopt a particular policy, the very substantial research facilities of the CFR are put to work to develop arguments, intellectual and emotional, to support the new policy and to confound and discredit, intellectually, and politically, any opposition.” (4)
The CFR’s intention to institute a one-world government directly correlates with the global carbon tax. I know all of you who believe Al Gore and the UN as well as other mainstream environmental groups like Green Peace and The Sierra Club only want to protect the environment, however the CFR and other nongovernmental groups are in the midst of huge land grabs and capitalizing on taxes all in the name of global warming. The CFR admits the volatile environmental debate is being used to erode our national sovereignty and build up their position globally.
Contrary to popular belief, CO2 is not a pollutant. Plant life thrives on CO2, which in exchange produces higher levels of oxygen. There are talks about taxing the flatulence of cattle and even a tax on our breathing. That might sound ridiculous, but if you believe the opinions of Al Gore and the UN, all human life is a threat to the planet.
So far the fear mongering by Al Gore and the UN has lead countries to give up control of their country’s natural resources to the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The CFR President Richard N. Haass admits, “Some governments are prepared to give up elements of sovereignty to address the threat of global climate change.” (2)
Although there is no doubt a high degree of care should be taken to ensure the health of our great planet, the CFR sees this as an opportunity to redistribute the wealth by selective enforcement targeting the U.S. For a list of Republican and Democrat CFR members as well as a list of media outlets and corporations who belong to the CFR go to: http://www.infowars.com/articles/nwo/cfr_stacks_deck_with_dem_gop_presidential_candidates.htm
This article on climate change wouldn’t be complete without addressing this hysterical, ridiculous, unfounded notion that the polar bear are disappearing. According to Dr. Mitchell Taylor, one the foremost experts on polar bears says, “We’re seeing an increase in bears that’s really unprecedented, and in places where we’re seeing a decrease in the population it’s from hunting, not from climate change.” (5) Dr. Taylor goes on to say that, “Of the 13 populations of polar bears in Canada, 11 are stable or increasing in number. They are not going extinct, or even appear to be affected at present.” (5) Canada is home to two-thirds of the worldwide polar bear population.
Dr. Taylor also debunks the rationale of decreasing sea ice as the theory behind the demise of the polar bear. According to Taylor the southern regions with low ice levels are seeing a booming in the bear population. In the warmer southern region of the Davis Strait, the bear population has grown from an estimated 850 to an estimated 3,000. Not only are the numbers of polar bears booming, some of the bears measured are among the largest on record.

Nice! Lot's of good info, especially regarding the political motivations behind global warming.
I wrote a hub that just points out the real historical data regarding the Earth and it's natural cycle of climate change over the past half million years, and even a little further back. I've got little to nothing regarding the political side of it, and this piece covers it nicely.
Well done {bump}.
My observations regarding this are at:

Excellent and well-informed article. Most people find the reality of these concepts too overwhelming to face. And it is hard to look at, and easier to do if you take it in bit by bit, over time. But we're almost out of time now. The devil is on America's doorstep.
And for those who label this stuff "conspiracy theory" - that is just a meme put in place by those who are pushing this forward, to trivialize the danger and get people to dismiss it.
Thanks for all the links. Good job!
